Today Substance Painter couldn't save the file due to some error. I've lost several hours of work.

Even though I was super irritated I still re-created everything I did in an hour and now I can show you today, but I'll keep today's blog short:

Today we will cover little additional visuals such as stickers, texts, logos - all the branding that we need to add on this technocratic totalitarian order dude:

As you can see adding such little texts gives this guy almost like a complete touch. There is still some stuff to do such as - making all these little markings scratched and imperfect, but "destroying" the model will happen on the very final stage - right now I just need everything to have a perfect balance.

I also did different arms in a different way, the character is symmetrical so it's very important to make a more interesting composition through texturing at least.

The logo is ridiculously simple, but it is intentional. I think I mostly took inspiration from Half-Life's combine soldiers, but simplified it and wanted it to look simple but sharp, or even "piercing". Here's combine's logo by the way - also angled and sharp.

I also added a red band on the left arm, it gives a perfect balance but is too resembling of nazi soldiers or Wolfenstein, so I am a bit on the edge about it.

In the next blog post I will show you how the metals work and how to destroy them like this to achieve a stylized look:

See you soon!
